People were lovely; very pleasant and helpful...they made parking in Manchester much easier and secured a discount for stay in carpark... We only booked a room stay, so never ate in hotel... tried not to comment - but it would not accept my non response...

Reception staff at hotel very friendly. Deluxe room beautifully designed, particularly like the bed headboard! Our room was very clean as well. This hotel is centrally located in Manchester, so ideal for sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an interesting building - impressive reception area and so many original features. Fabulous spacious bar with plenty of space for lounging with a coffee or drinks. Really good atmosphere in the evenings. Great breakfast and dinner menus. Good location just a ten minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station and with easy access to places of interest. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return.
